What We Do
We offer personalized, concierge-level travel planning at no extra cost to you. Our commissions are paid by the travel suppliers (like cruise lines and resorts), so you're getting expert service without paying more.
Booking with us means you’re supporting a small business and getting tailored travel support.
Please note: if you cancel and don’t rebook, a cancellation fee ($25–$150) may apply to cover time already spent on your planning.

The Process
Once we have your info, we’ll get to work! Most trip quotes are sent within 24–48 hours (more complex trips may take 3–5 business days). We’ll email you the options—just review, share your feedback, and ask questions. The more we know, the better we can match you with the perfect trip.
When you’re ready to book, we’ll send a secure Credit Card Authorization Form. We never store your full card info, and all payments go directly to the travel supplier. A valid credit or debit card is required for all bookings.
After You Book
You’ll receive confirmation, an invoice, and access to your reservation through our mobile app or web portal. We’ll also send important travel info, documents, and even offer to check you in for flights.
Your travel packet will be ready before departure—complete with everything you need (and maybe a surprise or two from us).
While You Travel

After You Return
We’ll send a quick "Welcome Home" message with a link to share your feedback. Reviews and testimonials help us grow, and we truly value your support.
